GENERAL INFORMATION Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY. We strive to act as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for order processing on In-Stock Items. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your method of shipping. Shipping costs (unless product isdefective) are non-refundable.

Order status communication is done by either telephone or email, so it is important that you provide a phone number and accurate email address where you can be reached. You will receive an automatically generated email order confirmation at the email address you entered on the order form. If you are within the US and choose a shipping option other than priority or express mail, you will receive an email with your tracking number. In addition, we will notify you by phone or email if there was an issue with filling your order. International customers will be contacted by email only.

The following delivery options are available:

1) Regular Orders
Ground (Continental US only, NO PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or US territory addresses).
Arrives 3-6 business days from the shipment date, based on your distance from our distribution facility in Ohio. If you need an order by a specific date, please choose 2 Day Air or Overnight service when you place your order.

Priority Mail (Used for PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or US territory addresses).
Arrives in 2-4 days from the shipment date.

2 Day Air (Continental US only, NO PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or US territory addresses).
Arrives 2 business days from shipment date.

2)Overnight Orders
**Phone, fax or order online by 10:00 AM, Monday-Friday, EST time and ask for overnight delivery. Overnight orders will be delivered Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. We will ship your overnight order as completely as possible. Out of stock items will be backordered and shipped as soon as possible. Please email info@stungolf.com to check stock availability. If our Express carriers do not offer standard service to your address we will use priority overnight service and charge an additional $5.00.

Arrives the next business day from the shipment date.

3)International Orders
(Please note that Stun Golf cannot be responsible for any charges imposed by foreign governments, such as customs duties and VAT).
Express Mail International
Arrives up to 6 days from the shipment date. Orders are shipped once they are complete. **Express Mail International does not deliver to every part of the world. If you live in an area no serviced by Express Mail, we will contact you with shipping options and fees.
Express Mail International, Canada only
Arrives up to 5 days from the shipment date. Orders are shipped once they are complete.
Airmail Parcel Post, Canada only Arrives up to 10 days from the shipment date. Orders are shipped once they are complete.

5) Exchanges or Backorders (No Charge for US, APO, FPO and US territories only).
Exchange or backordered retail items are shipped once in stock by Ground or Priority Mail. For U.S. addresses, the first two exchanges are shipped at no charge via ground or mail. For all other exchanges, normal shipping charges will apply. Custom Pants are not eligible for return. You may send custom pants back to STUN Golf for alterations where every attempt will be made to satisfy you. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Information STUN Golf will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via the web site and personal check, cashier or certified bank checks, money orders via mail-in to: PO Box560273 Macedonia, OH  44056. Please note that orders paid for by personal check, cashier or certified bank checks, money orders will not be processed until the payment has cleared. Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders.
